Get Ready for the 2016 Competition & Fun-Flying Weekends!
'stimulating, sociable and fun'
All microlights and their pilots welcome, including SSDRs and Gyros.
Our aim is to help and encourage pilots and navigators of all standards to take part in the British Championship. Do so and you'll experience enjoyable events in the company of other enthusiastic microlighters that will challenge your senses and hone your flying skills. And, every step of the way, you'll be helped by experienced members of the British Team.
Browse the site for videos from past events, handy 'Hints and Tips' to get you started, and the Event Calendar. We have a very full schedule of events for next year - including our first Anglo-French competition! We're also re-running our very popular Show & Tell events - a Northern event at the start of the season and a Southern event at Spamfield in mid-year. Check out all the events here.
We're adding new stuff all the time so make it one of your Favourites and check back regularly!
We also have regular eNewsletters to keep you up-to-date. So, if you'd like to join us, need some more details, or just want to to keep in touch with all the action, please register NOW!

The 2016 calendar is looking very strong: not least because we end with the World Microlight Championships in August. One of the aims of all the weekend competitions this year will be to build the strongest possible team, with the aim of bringing home the Gold Team Medal.
There's also the return match with the French microlighters at the intentionally informal "Franglais Friendly". After entertaining the French at Over Farm last year, we are invited to Marseilles at the end of May for some flying + sun, sea & sand .
